Set page permissions in template

Junior Member Beiträge: 72 Beitrittsdatum: 01.03.16 Neueste Beiträge
Maybe i missed a google result or maybe i've missed an option in liferay itself, but i can't find the permissions-option for pages in a template site.

What i am trying is to hide specific subpages from specific user groups. And i want to set this up in the site template, so every site i create from the template has those permissions set by default.

As you can see in the screenshot there are no options for this on a per-page-level. And i want the "Main"-page to be hidden to everyone except from admins and the page admins (but again: maybe i missed it, because i'm staring at the screen for hours now - concentration gone).

How to do it?

Kind Regards,
Julian

1. Click "Configure Page"
2. Click on the "Options" icon (i.e., the three vertical dots) on the page's top right.
3. Choose Permissions

That done the trick, Thank You!

Suggestion: Add those options to the page's context menu in the product tool bar.
Would make things more intuitive, since one expects the page's context menu to be the pages context menu.emoticon
