Liferay 7 Docs - Deploying a Web Application error

I am working through the "Deploying a Web Application error" tutorial and have run into an issue. On the step, "Deploying your application," my module will not publish and shows an error saying

Error "Could not create output jar" happened on guestbook-web

I have tried redeploying, removing it and re-adding it, restarting the server, but none of it worked.
I could not find a way to resolve this issue. Does anyone have an idea to fix this or know of a work around?
