[Solved] Liferay upgrade CE 5.23 to CE 6.0.6 : losing czech language

I did a migration from liferay CE 5.23 to CE 6.0.6.
All is ok (starting with portal-legacy-5.2.properties), until I discovered the dissapearing of czech translations for all web content in all pages.
So when I select this language, all the content turn on the default language which is English.

How can I display my czech content in the portal ? How to retrieve it ?

PS : all other languages are working well (spanish, italian, deutch, france, etc.)

I think the "locales=" property in portal-ext.properties is not well interpreted : flags are not the good ones and when I click on czech flag (only this one), the content turns to English (default), other language are working well.

Well the issue came from liferay 5.2.3 which put the locale "cz_CZ" in database for czech which make bug the portlet language for czech.
In liferay 6 we have to put locale czech as "cs_CZ".
