Stop loading extra files

Hello Team,

I am seeing the below files are loading for guest user on my portal. Could anyone suggest me to stop loading these files for guest user and power user. These should load for administrator.

/html/css/main.css
/html/portlet/login/css/main.css
/html/portlet/dynamic_data_mapping/css/main.css
/html/portlet/staging_bar/css/main.css
/html/portlet/journal/js/navigation.js

Before you start adding/removing files, you really should have some sort of solid reasoning besides "we just don't want them".

You might say it is affecting the loading time for your page, but before you can claim this you would need to have some sort of measurements which demonstrate the impact of including the files.

A lot of times folks want to exclude files for nothing more than an invalid perception that the files significantly impact load times when, more often than not, the problem is custom code.
