Liferay 7, roles does not allow to access DL or image since web content

Hi !
We have a Liferay 7-ga3 version with tomcat and MariaDB

We have three public sites and we need a rol with permissions into the public site with access to document library, content manager and another portlet into the control panel
We created a site rol with permissions to DL and CM, we added new site rol into the site rol of user and when we login with this user we can access into the document library
and web content too.
The issue happens when we want to select an image or document from the web content, the portal give an error with not permissions ("You do not have the roles required to access this portlet")

That happen in a new install,
Can you help us?

I think that happens when the user is not member of the site. We had at least some issues with that in Liferay 6.2

Hi Christoph!

The user is member of the site, if the user is not member of the site, could not access to the Document library or Content manager and he can.
Have any other idea?
