I have been using liferay6.2ce ga5 for 2 months. But I encountered this problem yesterday. When logging into the portal, the following error message is displayed:

your access period to site expired.

Can I help solve this problem?

Looks like you should contact the administrators of the site that you're using. If they deactivated your account (either based on timing or expiring the password or manually), they'll be the ones that can restore your account.
