Liferay 6.2 minifier setting is not working

Hi All,

I would like to enable the minifier on liferay page to compress the html outcome.
I have configured the below property values to "True" to enable the minified outcome on the web page. Still not working.

javascript.fast.load true
theme.css.fast.load true
theme.images.fast.load true

Version : Liferay 6.2 EE

Am I missing any other configuration settings. Please help.
