SO Upgrade 1.5 to 1.6 - Missing Invite button on Members Page

Hi,

I recently upgraded Social Office 1.5 EE to 1.6 EE. Ever since then Site Members no longer have the ability to invite others to the Site. If I escalate their privileges to Site Owner or Site Admin then the option shows back up.

Any ideas on how I can make the option show back up for Site Members?
