portlet don't display

I create a plugin portlet but it not display into portal web, when go to the folders appear the xml and the folder but I don't know what happen...

When move the portlet to the server don't appear on console nothing only:

Based on the information you post, I'd say: Something goes wrong, but it's hard to spot what it is. You might want to give more details.
