Liferay 7 Documents and Media

Greetings,
so I created a new document type for the Documents and Media portlet.
But the problem Im having is that if I use my created type to upload a new file, Liferay by default inserts the File, Title and the description into my form.
My screenshot should explain what Im talking about. The first three points in my screenshot are the defaults and I need to get rid of em.
So please can someone tell me which file I need to edit, in rder to achieve this???
