How Compile Soy template for create the js file

Hi,
I try ton create a new dynamic data mapping type and I see that it use soy tempate
I try to copy "dynamic-data-mapping-type-text" project and make some modification on soy template but Eclipse not compile the related js file

I use Liferay 7.0 GA3 with Eclipse 3.0.1-GA2

Someone can explain me how it works ?
