Unable to assign full admin rights

Hi,

Have started using Liferay 6.2 community version since a few days.
However, unable to administer full admin rights to more than one person.
At first, I assigned a user as Organisational Owner and he gained full administration rights and access to control panel.
When I tried assigning a second person as same, though he could access basic admin rights, he could not access control panel.

Could anyone please clarify if more than one person can have full admin rights(with access to control panel) on Liferay and advise on how to do this, if such an option is possible?

You need to give the user the "Administrator" role. For more info, check the documentation.
