How to make liferay rss feed to get displayed in any other external website as a rss news

I'm assuming the external website has some functionality to consume a RSS feed. So all you have to do is configure the external site to use the RSS URL from Liferay Portal. If you have questions about how to configure the URL, you should probably check with the external website.
