Sitemap.xml returns 404 error

Im having trouble with trying to get the sitemap from my page, it only returns 404 when going to http://xxx.xx/sitemap.xml.
The log says:

05:37:42,162 ERROR [ajp-apr-8009-exec-446][PortletRequestProcessor:466] Forward does not exist

which doesnt really tell a lot, has anybody experienced somthing like that? Any clue how to resolve the problem?

Im running liferay EE 6.2 on tomcat, should have most if not all of the fixpacks installed, I use apache 2.4 in front connected with mod_jk

Since you have EE, you can probably open a support ticket. They can check if there's already a patch for this issue. And if there's not, they can create one for you.

I would if i could, but your create ticket link on the customer portal returns an empty page

The latest 6.2 EE is working for me. You may want to try accessing /sitemap.xml without going through the web server to try and narrow down the problem.

ok, i get the same error even if not accessing via apache httpd. So if anybody else in the community has experienced the same kind of error and could help, i would appreciate it
