How to make Relations among Entities in SERVICE BUILDER..?!

Hi all,

I'm having 2 doubts.
1. If there are two entities in one service.xml then how to make the first entity primary value as foreign key value in second entity?

2.If there are two entities in two different service.xml then how to make any one of the entities primary value as foreign key value or something else in other entity?
