Customization of My Account pop up page

Hi,

Can any one help me out customization of My Account pop up page by writing Hook to not to show the "Account Settings" and "My Submissions" tabs on the My Account pop up page , Screenshot attached.

It's edit_user.jsp. You can find it under path

/html/portlet/users_admin/edit_user.jsp
