Web Content Search Portlet not taking into account 'Type'

I have configured web content search portlet to take into account the 'Web Content Type'.
The search results still contain web content of other types.
As I understand this behavior should be similar when search is done from Control Panel - Web Content with specific type configured.

Info: I have created my own content types.But the search from Control panel takes them into account.

I have the same problem,
I set Web Content Search to search only one type (for example "Blogs") but the search display all articles - wihout this type also.

Anybody found solution for this?

I placed a hook in the jsp that renders the results and removed the results that were not required. Not a very efficient way though.

Hi Gaurang,

I am struggeling with my search as well, i want to search all the articles / web contents for a particular keywork in search.

The keyword should be able to search word in title/body of content/anywhere in article.

Can you please advise.
