Images not showing in the page from the image gallery

Hi all, I have a issue with my images of the page that I have made.

I am putting the image code in the portlet code, then it shows in the portlet itself but not at the end of the page (or portal).

The image in the image gallery is changing dynamically. I mean it will have a unique id when we upload in the image gallery, that id is keep on changing. This is the reason, CSS is not able to take the image from the image gallery.

Please reply in this regard. Thanks.
