Search not working for message board

I have recently transferred a message board from ikonboard to liferay. Everything is showing up great in liferay 6.0.5. I noticed when i type in words that should return search results i get a blank page. I am not getting a page that says no results found, but just a blank page. Does anyone have any idea what i have messed up?

Update:
I have worked on this all day but i have been unable to figure this issue out. I am beginning to understand that the search does not hit the database looking for the word. It seems to take place in lucene. Please if someone can help me restore some of my sanity.

I was able to determine part 1 of my issue. It seems that ikon board had some broken quotes inside of it. So when i transfered the two post that had broken quotes in them it stopped lucene from indexing it. I have fixed this issue, but now i have a new one.

Now lucene seems to be returning results, but i am receiving this error message.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue, or what to turn on to view more about this error?

I am also getting same issue the search is not working for me i had check the logs i just get
12:47:09,939 ERROR [jsp:1417] 20

do u got any solution or any idea why it is happening .
