I wanted to have the WebContentDisplay for the portlets as it is in the Liferay.com home page . or any other way i can add .

if you mean to a portal page, e.g. you want to build a new page with the plugins SDK, take a look at the source code for the sevencogs hook. This is a nice demonstration for using the API for various tasks.
Otherwise - if you didn't mean this - I have no clue about what you want to achieve, even with your other post in this thread explaining it.
