How to share web content images in google plus using liferay

I am trying to share webcontent from my portal to google plus,but i am able to share the content but the content image is not getting shared,the same problem is coming for linkedIn as well,if any one has shared any of your website content to google plus or linkedIn along with image then please share the details.
