Unable to perform cache clear for liferay 6.2.1-GA2 CE

Below is my configurations with respect to the versions

Operting System : Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit Server version

JDK : 1.7.0_40 64-bit

Tomcat : 7.0.42

Plugins:liferay-plugins-sdk-6.2-ce-ga2-20140319114139101

portal : liferay-portal-src-6.2-ce-ga2-20140319114139101

mysql : mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.40, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64)

I have setup liferay and login as test user and tried to clear the database cache under server administration, In tomcat logs i got the following error

06:06:10,953 ERROR [http-bio-8080-exec-1][PortletRequestProcessor:466] Forward does not exist

And also this same error is occuring when performing delete operation on page by custom role user.

Did you get the solution? I am facing the same issue all of a sudden.

Might be issue with JDK version or memory issue

Problem facing : I have uploaded the updated theme but it is still using the old theme.

Can you please provide the solution ? I cannot restart the server as it is coming on production server.

Remove old theme from control panel if not in use.
Check from page setting whether you applied correct theme to page.
