Database switch/migration (from MySql to Oracle)

Dear all,

is there a way to migrate a liferay database from MySql to Oracle ?
I tried to use Oracle's SQL Developer (incl. Migration Workbench) Quick migration mechanism but it seems
that this leads into lots of manual work as the software complains about indices etc.

You should be able to export the tables as CSV's and import them. You might try looking into TOAD tho. I think it has an import mapper you can purchase.

There are many applications to migrate MySQL to Oracle databases you can search on google, i use dbload for this purpose. look at this tool too...
