Problem to import users from MS Active Directory

Hi, I'm trying to import users from MS Active Directory and I'm getting a problem, in the setting views, the connection test is ok.

The User List is ok too, but i get a error on password field:

The above results include users which are missing the required attributes (Screen Name, Password, Email Address, First Name, and Last Name). These users will not be imported until these attributes are filled in.

And the passwork field is shown blank, I'm using the property userPassword, for mapping.

Dos anyone have any idea?

Make sure that every single user has

Screen Name, Password, Email Address, First Name, and Last Name

If ANY of that is missing, that user will not import.
