liferay change password policy

Hi all..
in liferay user' s profile, when a user want to change his password, liferay asks for new password/re-new password..
how can i edit it so that liferay should ask for old password/new password/re-new password


is it configurable somewhere ? or i should go through ext environment?

I know that you can set a lot of stuff in the portal-ext.properties file. You can grep through the Administrator's guide to see what all you can set. It's very educational.

I want to give user to entry his/her old password before accepting new one how i can proceed ? pls guide me
