Dynamic data list with fields with different role permission.

Hi All,

I am currently using liferat 6.2.I need to create on dynamic data list let say it contains two fields.First field can be filled by a user but second filled should not be filled by that user.Second field can be filled only by some other user(to whom have a role permission to fill it) after form submitted by user.I am using a multi level work flow to send dynamic data list form from one level to next level.In next second field of that DDL should be filled.

May be i am confusing you guys.But i need a help on this.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
