links in activities portlet to document_library don't work

I'm using Liferay 6.1 GA2. I have uploaded pictures with Documents and Media Portlet. In the Activities Portlet I find these activities with 3 links. One link http://localhost:8080/c/document_library/get_file?groupId=10198&folderId=0&title=Mops2.jpg works fine . The other two links labeled with View Document and Go to Folder show that

The requested resource was not found.

http://localhost:8080/c/document_library/find_file_entry?fileEntryId=14431

and

The requested resource was not found.

http://localhost:8080/c/document_library/find_folder?groupId=10198&folderId=0

Does anybody has an Idea what went wrong and how I can solve this ?

I just upgraded to Liferay CE 6.1.2 ga3 and i still do have the same error with those two links. It would be nice if anybody could help me!

I don't know why, but if I don't upgrade and do a full new installation of Liferay ce 6.1.2 ga 3 with a clean new database this issue disappears! If anybody has to say anything about this, it would be nice for me to learn. Thank you.

Before starting the migration, return to the use of the defaults themes liferay.
Say what were the steps you performed to this migration.
