category-based navigation for web contents? how?

Hi all.

After succesfully testing tag-based navigation using the portlets "Assets publisher" and "Tabs navigation" (asset publisher shows only those web contents that have the tag activated in the "tabs navigation" portlet) I was trying to do the same with categories, using "Assets publisher" and "Categories navigation" portlets but it did not work.

I guess "Asset publisher" does not support category-based navigation, right? What portlets do? I want to filter my web contents by category.

I ma also facing same problem with category base navigation for asset publisher for tag it works fine but for category its not working.

Its support Category based navigation well but i forgot to make some configuration.
its working fine with proper configuration.

Yes, I made some mistakes in configuration after make it correct its now working fine.

asset publisher in liferay 6.xx supports the category based navigation.
