Delete announcements in Social Office 2.0

Hi,

We're trying to remove all the announcements that were sent from a User to several others.
Is there a way to do this through the UI or it will require a direct change in the database?
If a change from backend is needed, can someone provide some inputs of what tables are involved in order to accomplish this?
