Changing colour of css on a theme for users

Hi guys ,

So basically I have a theme that I borrowed for the web and I'm messing around with it.I can change the css on the portal for myself but each time I enter into a new page I have to hard code it in again.And since I want to have a portal with loads of users and have them all see this theme with the changed color ,and not have to hard code it in for everyone .Does anyone know how to change the css at its base file/s or even in portal-ex.properties?

Any help would be nice.

You'll need to develop a theme project. You can modify the theme to have whatever color requirements you need...
