how to make custom portlet to show file?

Hello,
I want to ask for all Liferay master.
I've make portlet to upload file and then save to <liferay Diir>/tomcat/temp/html/

but now I want to make another portlet that it can show file from that path.
Is it possible? can you tell me how to do it?
