Hi all,
I'm using 6.1 CE on Ubuntu and trying to access "documents and media" from a Kubuntu client using Dolphin file manager.
I created a folder. Then I right clicked the triangle icon on the folder and selected "Access from desktop".
This shows the link:
http://s3dj1s.virt.net/api/secure/webdav/engineering-staging/document_library/Base/
When I copy this link in Dolphin I receive a protocol error, then I'm redirected to the web browser which receive a Tomcat error.
The problem is that the link should be:
webdav://s3dj1s.virt.net/api/secure/webdav/engineering-staging/document_library/Base/
Using this link everything works fine.
I saw the link:
http://www.liferay.com/web/guest/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/WebDAV
and it says:
Konqueror (KDE) #
Change the protocol of the URL so that instead of http://... it says webdav://...
Write the URL in the location bar and click enter.
(well Konqueror is obsolete; now the file manager is Dolphin)
So my question: how can I setup liferay in order to generate a webdav link instead of http link?
