Quartz problem

Hello every,
how could I use liefay with quartz when i add the jar and configure quartz.properties the job is not scheduled, but when i run the some code from main method it work

You use the liferay-portlet.xml to declare a scheduled task that should be invoked in the portlet.

I want to change the start time and th interval dynamiquely but i didn't find the way to do it
