Social office documentation

I've searched through the forum for this matter but i still havent found something that answers my question.
Maybe i've missed something, but please forgive me if it is so!

I was wondering if anyone could receive full support (documentation etc.) upon installing and modifying the Social Office 2.0 plugin.
