can't see new site

I am using 6.1.1ga2. I have created 9 sites. When I go to the toolbar and select 'GO TO' I can see eight of the sites. One site does not show. Yet the permissions are the same as the others. In control panel, I can select the site that it not showing and edit it. But it does not show up under 'Go To'.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Did you take a look at my.sites,* properties?

my.sites.max.elements=10
