Site layouts and content are gone after deploying theme on server

Hi everyone!

I updated from Liferay 6.0.6 CE to 6.1 EE. Everything works fine in the development environment, from database to theme to all contents. Then I built a .war package from the theme and a dump from the database. I deployed the theme on the server and restored the dump in a newly created DB. I don't get any errors either. But, from the browser, I only see the header part of the site, nothing else. That only the default page is there.

From the Control Panel, when I click Web Content or Document and Media, I don't see any of my stuff there, totally empty.

I have modified the portal-ex.properties file to point at the right database as well. Reindexed the server and cleared all the cashes, but no help.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I am using LR 6.1 EE, Tomcat 7 and mysql.
