Integrating AUI tooltip in LR overlays (Add Page)

We make heavy use of page templates (that have a single portlet) so users can simply select the from the radio buttons to add pages. I wanted to know if there's a simple way to incorporate tooltips with each page templates so that when we can display information when users hover over each selection.
