You cannot draw in text files, they are text only.

If you're talking about capturing what the user does in an image, well that's something different. Nothing in Liferay will prevent you from doing that (it would be a simple browser-based solution), but nothing in Liferay will provide that functionality out of the box.

Do you mean display content of a text file in a text area in a portlet and be able to edit the content and save it back to the file?
