Announcement Rich Text Editor

Hi All

We recently upgraded to LR 6.1 and were thrilled to discover the addition of a rich text editor to the announcement portlet.
Unfortunately, the subscription emails are coming through with raw HTML DOM in them.
For example:
<p>Test message</p>

I figure this is a configuration setting but, even after much searching, we're not able to find it.
Could someone point us in the right direction?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is the same behavior we see for emails sent from forum subscriptions, too.
Maybe the same setting?

I work with the OP. Thanks for the suggestion, Hitoshi. The HTML setting you mentioned is already set to TRUE.

Could it work to define a property like announcements.email.html.format = true within the portal-ext.properties file? I mean, that is what I thought after going through this post, but I do not know whether such property exists and should be set to true, as it has to be done with the message.boards.email.html.format, or if it does not exist such property.

Could someone tell me if I am pointing in the right direction?
