What is the use of the field 'url' in assetEntry table.

I want to use the field 'url' of assetEntry for saving some data. However I am not sure if it will disrupt any of the liferay's implementation.

It will not disrupt as this is not a mandatory field in DB.Whatz your perspective of utilizing it??
