Ehcache for liferay

Does anyone know what is the ehcache range for liferay?
I need to add to iptables to allow them to go through, i have been amended and amended the iptables still unable to catch them.
I have added 23307 port for hibernate and 23308 for multi-vm port. I tried to put in the range from 23300 to 24000 but still cannot go through.
The problem is when i post in tomcat instance A, the instance B will not immediately see the post.

I have these setting in my portal-ext.properties :

multicast.group.address["hibernate"]=233.0.0.6
multicast.group.port["hibernate"]=23307
