Search result link not working when searching Japanese word

When I search for a Japanese word in Liferay.com, I'm able to get a list of pages that contains the word. This part is alright.
But, when I click on the link to the page, I get a page missing error even when the page exists (see attached figure).

Seems it's really not only with the search result. All links to pages with Japanese names can no longer be properly displayed.
Seems somebody converted the file name encoding.

It may not be a Japanese link problem but just a link problem in general.
I'm not able to follow any links between pages even English ones.

Seems somebody did a version up which results in replacing spaces between words in a title with "+".
