Under the build path, you go to the tab "Libraries" where it lists your libraries. They are all prefixed with a "+" sign. Click the "+" sign for your library and you'll see "Source Attachment". Highlight this option and choose the "Edit" button. Navigate to where you downloaded the source and select it.
After saving these changes, when you click on the java class you'll see the referenced source file instead.
