So I investigated this error:
1Unable to parse plugin list for repository http://plugins.liferay.com/official

And got this page result on the repo:
1Forbidden
2You don't have permission to access /official/ on this server.

7Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at plugins.liferay.com Port 80

Anyway to resolve this?

I'm having the same error with a clean installation of Liferay 6.0.5
Proxy set bith in JAVA_OPTS and catalina.properties but also from the browser I cannot access the two plugins sites: 403 Forbidden as stated.
Any help on this?

Is this supposed to be accessible without authentication or identification?

Scanning all the common ports, I don't find any that are open . . .

Is the 403 by design? My "available plugins" lists are all empty, but I can confirm that I'm not behind a proxy.

BTW.: German Translation: “Unterzeichnen Sie mich.” is wrong. It's propably just “Abbonnieren”.
