I'd like to hear from others who are using Liferay with Amazon EC2, as I'm trying to troubleshoot issues with replicated servers.

Our production environment uses Liferay 5.2.3 and works just fine. However, when I replicate the environment with Amazon EC2 (ec2-bundle-vol, ec2-upload-bundle, ec2-register, ec2-run-instances) I begin having problems with Liferay almost immediately.

Either or, I'm pretty sure it's a bug with Amazon EC2, but they're claiming there's no issues. So, just trying to put an issue to bed and talk to others who are replicating instances in Amazon to see if you're having issues.

Also, if you're replicating servers and having NO ISSUES whatsoever, I'd like to hear from you as well.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Darren,

Please let me know, whether you were able to run Liferay cluster without any issues. Since Amazon EC2 confirms that they do not support Multicasting, I was wondering the possibility of having a Liferay cluster on EC2, since Liferay requires the Muticasting for clustering.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards
