We are using LR 5.1.2 - Glassfish on Ubuntu Linux and we're having problems resizing the height of the default banner and repositioning the logo in the default Classic theme.

Tried adjusting the params below from custom.css, no effect at all :
banner {
background: transparent url() no-repeat 20% 0;
height: 100px;
top: -1px;
}

#banner h1.logo {
display: block;
float: left;
font-size: 2em;
left: 5%;
margin: 25px 0 0;
padding: 0;
position: absolute;
}

Also didn't figure out if we need to restart glassfish or the browser after changing the CSS. We're supposing this shouldn't be required once the caching is handled properly. (?)

Any help, much appreciated.

Many thanks,
Liviu

Hi Livis,

Try following in you custom theme > custom.css

#banner{
background: #FFFFFF none no-repeat scroll 20% 0;
height: 100px;
top: -1px;
}

About restarting glasshfish - Yes it is not required.Once you have deployed custom theme you just need to refresh the browser,if you have configured right properties for caching.

HTH!
