I try to install this App via control panel. But I can't install it successful because it just always shows installing.How can I install this app.The other method of installing this app is so complex for me.

You may have the same issue as reported in this thread. This should be fixed in future releases, but for now, the steps in the following thread should resolve your issue:

Hi 天一 王,

To explain the other way of installing Apps from the marketplace, especially for machines which are not connected to the internet, follow the next steps:

On the Liferay website, under your account's user profile you can open the App Manager page.

1) Select the App you've downloaded form the Market Place by clicking the download button.
2) Select the Liferay version you need CE / EE ... then press App.
3) Download the LPKG file on your local drive.
4) Copy / paste this file to your $LIFERAY_HOME/deploy directory.

Voila, it will be deployed to your Liferay (Social) Portal.
