Looking for occasional Liferay telephone technical support/administration

I'm looking for someone who can help a small Canadian charity administer a Liferay portal - basic stuff like setting up users, configuring their document management portal, etc. We already have a developer for portlet and Java programming, but it's help on day-to-day administration that's hard to get.
Most of the calls will be during office hours in the Eastern time zone, and will be as-needed. We can supply an administrative person to do most of the work with your guidance.
I don't know how much support will be required, but my guess would be about 3 hours a week.
Know anyone who's interested?

I think you'll may get better response if you include Skype as an option beside telephone.

Thanks for this suggestion, Hitoshi. We can supply the phone number to the administrator's Skype account - the users may not have skype and headsets on their computers.
