Hello,
I am currently evaluating Liferay as a potential portal framework for a large project my team is about to develop.
Does Liferay support HTML5 technologies? HTML5 capabilities are browser based, but I need to know that liferay will allow me to implement this functionality. Is there a demo/downloadable theme that displays and demonstrates these capabilities?

Thanks
Eric Metcalf

You can use HTML5 in Liferay. You write themes with HTML and CSS in Liferay, thus it supports HTML5.

Thanks for the responses. I deployed the initializr-2 theme and it seems to being working pretty good.
