Error after deploying the Liferay Hook

Hi,

I have made some changes in Liferay Hook. I. e I have created Custom Fields in Liferay Hook in create_account.jsp page. When I deploy the Liferay Hook then it is giving message that the Liferay Hookmis available for use, but when I clikck on Crea Account frmo the Sign in portlet then I am getting the following error in the Liferay Eclipse IDE:

Can you debug your code?
It seems that the hook works but there is something wrong in your code.

I got the problem rectified. I did not give name for <input> tag in jsp page. I had given the name as blank as follows:
<aui:input model="<%= User.class %>" name=""></input>

If you give name or leave it blank then also it will give the proper result.
